You've already invested the time to book this and read this far — you did the hard part. Our promise: no highlight reel. The hardest questions about Nirvana — the backtested charts, the $11,995 price, the 2-star reviews — are all right here. If we can't answer them honestly, you shouldn't show up. The hard questions

1
"The performance numbers are hypothetical / backtested — not real accounts."

Partially true — here's the precise truth:

Performance before March 2024 is backtested on 20+ years of market data. That's standard for quant strategies, but you're right to be skeptical — backtests can be curve-fit.

Performance since March 2024 is live, client-verified data. We'll show both side-by-side on the call, with dates. If live doesn't hold up to the backtest, you'll see it. We won't dodge the comparison.

2
"I've read reviews from people who lost money running this live. What's your response?"

Yes, some customers have had losing stretches. That's the whole reason the guarantee exists.

OmniFunds is a momentum strategy. It wins over 12-month cycles — not days, not weeks, not even quarters. Judging it at 6 weeks is like judging a marathon at mile 2. You'll see drawdowns. Sometimes you'll be down 5%. Sometimes more.

That's why we put the guarantee at 12 months, not 12 weeks. If after a full year the fund doesn't beat the S&P by 20%+, we refund the license. That's the timeframe we'll stand behind — anything shorter isn't a fair read on a momentum system.

If you can't mentally handle a 5-10% drawdown in month 3, this isn't for you. We'd rather you know that now than find out later.

3
"Does OmniFunds really cost $11,995?"

Yes. One-time license starting around $11,995, plus $99–$199/mo tied to account size.

For context: a 1% advisor on a $500k portfolio costs $5,000 every single year. Our license is one-time.

If your portfolio is under ~$200k, the math may not work yet. We'll tell you that instead of selling anyway.

4
"You're rated 2.2 stars on PissedConsumer. What's going on?"

PissedConsumer has 8 reviews. Trustpilot has 130+. Read both.

Negative reviews cluster into three buckets:

  • Expectation mismatch on backtested vs. live — on us. This page is part of fixing that.
  • Old support wait times from when we were smaller. Better now; not perfect.
  • Refund requests outside the guarantee terms. We honor the guarantee when terms are met.

30 years, a lot of customers. Some had bad experiences. We won't argue with their reviews.

5
"What's the catch on the 12-month performance guarantee?"

If your OmniFund doesn't beat S&P 500 by 20%+ over the 12 months after purchase, the license fee is refunded.

  • Beat S&P by 19%? Guarantee doesn't trigger. It's a hurdle, not a promise.
  • You have to actually run the system during the 12 months.
  • Monthly fees aren't refunded — only the one-time license.

We'll show you the exact clause on the call.

6
"I've seen reviews saying you ghost refund requests. What's your response?"

The refund requests we've denied are ones that fell outside the guarantee terms — usually because someone stopped running the system after a few weeks and requested their money back.

That's not how the 12-month guarantee works. You can't judge a momentum strategy at 6 weeks, and you can't collect the guarantee if you didn't actually run it. Those terms are in writing — we'll walk you through them.

If you hit the 12-month mark, ran the system, and missed the S&P-by-20% hurdle — we refund. No debate. That's the deal.

7
"Am I about to get hard-sold for 30 minutes?"

No. If we can't help you, we'll tell you and end the call early.

Our team is measured on 12-month client retention, not closes. Selling OmniFunds to someone it doesn't fit costs us money. You're more likely to hear "not right for you yet" than a pitch.

How to get the most out of our 30 minutes

Bring these four and you'll walk away with an answer, not just information:

  • Rough portfolio size. Ballpark — $100k, $500k, $2M. We'll run the math live.
  • What your money currently does. Managed? Self-directed? Bonds? Current return?
  • Your hardest question about OmniFunds. After this page, what still doesn't sit right?
  • Your "I'd do this if..." scenario. What would need to be true for a yes?
👤
A note from Ed Downs, founder (since 1995)

Most companies hide bad reviews. We're doing the opposite.

If you Google "Nirvana Systems Reddit," you'll find people questioning our backtested charts. You'll also find 20-year clients on Trustpilot. Both are true. 30 years of history means we've had customers who loved us and customers who didn't.

Rather than let you stumble onto criticism cold, we put it on this page. Then it's your call whether we're worth 30 minutes.

Can I cancel, reschedule, or bring someone?

Yes to all three. Cancel/reschedule from the link in your email — no guilt trip. Bring your spouse, advisor, or CPA — more skeptical questions is a feature.

🔒
Where does my money actually sit?

In your brokerage. We're non-custodial — we never touch your money. Keep your account at Schwab, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, wherever. OmniFunds signals; you (or your automation) execute.

📧
Will I get the recording and numbers in writing?

Yes. Recording plus a follow-up email with the exact performance numbers and pricing we discussed — in writing. Nothing in your head only.

You're the kind of person who does their homework.

Most people book a call, then ghost. You already made it further than they did — you read this page. Don't waste that momentum. If you skip the call, you'll miss: the live pricing math on your portfolio, backtest vs. live performance side-by-side, and the 5 specific answers we prepped for your situation. We'll hold your spot until the minute it starts.
